Meet Our Office Administrators

Meet the people responsible for smooth operations at All Care Wellness. If you have any questions about what we do, feel free to reach out to any of our administrators when you call us.

Richard Hughes

Chief Operations Officer
Rick is crucial to All Care Wellness Institute as he is our co-owner and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Rick oversees all company operations, putting a major focus on improving the business aspects of the operation, as well as enhancing the quality of care and the patient experience. 

More specifically, Rick manages and oversees all financial activities including; budgets, accounting practices, audits, and billing. He also assesses and evaluates long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.

Before joining us, Rick had over 20 years of experience in the communications field specializing in management. His previous work experience in business management equips him to his integral part of All Care.

When he is not working, Rick enjoys watching the New England Patriots, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Fun Facts about Rick:
  • Rick wears the same Bill Belichick look-a-like sweatshirt as a good luck charm for every Patriots game.
  • He has eyes in the back of his head.
  • He enjoys vacationing on Cape Cod with his wife, two daughters, and dog.
Felicia Carreiro

Felicia Carreiro

Clinic Administrator
Felicia is the mother hen of the office, showing really tough love to her co-workers. Her daily responsibilities include the communication between clients and home health aides, she ensures excellent care and coverage, and is also responsible for organizing and scheduling the nursing staff and community providers. Before joining the wellness family, Felicia attended college at Bristol Community College and in the healthcare industry for eighteen years.  

Outside of work, she loves to read and watch wrestling. Felicia knows each of the members receiving services and forms supportive relationships with them. We are so fortunate and blessed to have her on our team because she is beloved by all. 

Fun Facts about Felicia:
  • Her aspiring talent would be to become a better dancer.
  • A food item she could eat every day of the week is pasta.
  • Her favorite superpower is invisibility.
  • Felicia is bilingual and can speak English and Portuguese.
  • Her dream vacation would be to go to Paris and see the Eiffel Tower.
